Essentuki is a city that I am familiar from the earliest childhood. Rather, the city is not, and its name. I remember my great-grandmother, I considered huge luck, buy a bottle of mineral water "Essentuki", and she also dreamed of going to this city in order to fix their health.
Unfortunately, the grandmother visited Essentuki only once, but also once it was enough to remember her trip for life. It is not so long to be in Essentuki, not so long ago. The city is very cute and very similar to the Soviet provincial resort. Why provincial? Yes, just because it is too cozy, quiet and calm. The homely atmosphere here reigns everywhere and leave me, well, I did not want. I even had an idea to buy housing in Essentuki, but my dreams my dreams destroyed immediately, because he is a child of the metropolis and himself to fervent his days away from the urban fuss. Well, okay. In addition to the fact that Essentuki is famous primarily in its mineral sources, there is a sufficient number of interesting places that I want to tell you actually.
Medical Park Yessentukov . The exact date of the base of the park is not. He began to emerge at the beginning of the twentieth century. To this day, he miraculously reached his original form. The territory of the park, very large, about fifty one hectares. Imagine? Get around on foot, all this beauty, just not real. More ninety species, a wide variety of shrubs and trees, which were brought to the park from different parts of the planet, grows in the park. Therapeutic park is the oldest part of the Essentukov, and on its territory there is a major mass of drinking and bathrooms. One thousand eight hundred tenth year, this area faced Feldeshru from Moscow by Fedor Petrovich Gaazu. He arrived here not just so, but with quite professional interest - to study local waters. His discovery was decisive in the fate of Essentukov, since local waters were recognized as medicinal minerals. The source that was the subject of his research was called Ekaterinsky. Since then, the infrastructure of the park began its development. There were many kiosks in the park and everyone who wished could buy for himself and their loved ones, silver souvenir. Already in one thousand nine hundred and twelve year, the park was built the trade gallery. In the times of the Soviet Union, the park flourished as much as possible, but did not stop his development. By the way, today in medicinal purposes, twenty sources are used, and only the fourth number and the seventeenth number are suitable for drinking (be sure to take this note).
Emperor Nikolai II Bath . The building was built in the period from October 1895 to 1899. He controlled the construction process and was engaged in the development of the project, - Architect N. V. Dmitriev. The building was completed immediately in two architectural styles - Russian classicism and baroque. In this building, there are openly about thirty offices for procedures, which use sulfur-alkaline baths and healing or dirt, which is getting from the bottom of the Tambukan lake. Cabinets for mud procedures are located in the center of the building, and they surround their baths with healing waters. By the way, the baths are made not from anything, but from large blocks of natural marble. After the procedures, the visitors of the hospital, it is possible to enjoy the cozy atmosphere in the courtyards.
Fountain on the central square . This fountain is the largest in the southern part of Russia, since its area occupies four hundred square meters. The solemn discovery of the fountain was timed to the day of the city of the twenty-fifth of August two thousand and seventh year. Since then, he has become a real pet among the locals and among the holidaymakers. The main feature of the fountain is that it completely lacks a bowl and huge pillars of water beaten right out of the paving, and not just like that, and under musical accompaniment.

Above the project of this sculptural composition, the chief architect on the name of Gusev worked. This composition is devoted to the six-year sixth anniversary of the city of Essentuki. The sculpture looks like an arrow on the tip of which, peacefully puts the charming cupid.
