Greetings all readers and travelers! Just a week ago, returned from vacation, which spent in a wonderful resort place - on the island of Tenerife. As expected, September for traveling in this magic corner of nature turned out to be the most favorable month of the year. After all, this is the time when there is no longer the exhausting heat that makes all the day spend in the hotel's room, rejoicing the airflower flow from the air conditioner.
I spent three unforgettable weeks on this island of the Archipelago of the Canary Islands. There was plenty of time to go along the beach along the Atlantic Ocean, enjoy warm waves, surf sound, and get a lot of pleasant impressions from such a holiday. The weather was all the time magnificent, sunny days, and the night warm. But it is not surprising, because if you consider that the island is located in the latitude of the Sahara, it is difficult to imagine other climatic conditions.
Honestly, when he went on Tenerife, a little feared for shifting climate. Since despite the rather roast present summer, my body reacts very violently to the increase / decrease in humidity. But there were no problems here.
Several words want to say about the island itself. After all, it is clear that the modern tourist is not surprised by the already azure bay, a warm and pure beach sand. This is today proposed by each respected resort ... What I recommend to visit the Tenerife, so this is Tadeid Volcano. It is impossible not to notice it, as it is located in the very center of the island, however, not everyone (for some reason) seeks his foot. And in vain! The power and mad natural energy in Tenerife can only be found there. After the excursion to the foot of the volcano personally, I had a huge charge of positive energy, even thoughts about fatigue disappeared. And even now, after returning from there, I continue to be in my energy lift. So, if you want and you forget about fatigue - do not miss your opportunity.
I definitely advise you to familiarize yourself with those with such architectural attractions as the Basilica of Candelaria (the largest temple of the entire archipelago, the place of pilgrimage of thousands of believers Christians), as well as with the Pyramids of the State University. The latter are a stepped form of the pyramid, the origin of which there is still no certain version. Some mysticism is hidden in their history.
In general, Tenerife has a rich history, there is a lot of things to visit, see their own eyes, feel the energy of past epochs.
With regard to infrastructure ...
It should be noted that even if you suddenly forget something at home, you will not have to be sad for a long time. Perhaps this is one of the few resorts where you can buy absolutely any trifle, literally not moving away from your hotel. The shops with the necessary things are located near the beach everywhere (by the way, it is important, since it was often encountered with the need to buy something shampoo, then a toothbrush, and in the zone for tourists it is simply not anywhere else!).
Prices here are acceptable and souvenirs, and on household items. In restaurants (and there you will certainly go there), you can also delicious and tightly dine at a relatively low price (for example, lunch from seafood dishes, a glass of white wine and cheesecake, I cost 17 euros per person).
From entertainment, you can mark cycling with rickshams, walking in the center of the island on a two-story bus, a lot of open-air nightclubs, where you can enjoy the living execution of local musicians.
I recommend going there to go to people older than 25 years old, as the resort is not youth, but more solid, calm.
