When going to ride snowboards, our choice fell on Zakopane with friends. We acquired an inexpensive tour and went on the road. The road from Lviv to Zakopane on the bus took 10 hours. We were settled in a pleasant private hotel made entirely of wood. The rooms were neat with a separate shower and toilet. It was possible to prepare food in the kitchen, but we never took advantage of it.
Zakopane in terms of riding is not very diverse. In the village several mountains, but all of them are boring, differ only in the level of slope.
The fogs are very frequent, so the descent, when there is nothing in front, is not comfortable.
I will like the beginners, since it is possible to hire an instructor and lifts are located so that it is not necessary to climb the top of the mountain.
In addition to riding, Zakopane is rich in cafes, restaurants, shops. Every evening we spent in different cafes and tried national food dishes. Portions are large, prices are not expensive. I liked the soup made of sauming cabbage meat most, it looks not very appetizing, but it has an incredible taste. And from drinks well went warm beer with fruit syrup. In some establishments there are live music, which adds flavor atmosphere.
I didn't like holidays in the Polish village in terms of riding in the Polish village, but the evening pastime was very much liked.
