WAT PRAYUVONG (WAT PRAYUVONG)
This small temple is hiding in the east of Boulevard Norodom Boulevard, five minutes walk from the independence monument. This wat is not marked by the arrows and is not signed in English. Poster Post Office Square

Something is already very shabby, and something cheerfully keeps and pleases the eye. Historically, this area was central in the French Quarter, which was once a business center, administration and financing.
Mail is open from 07:30 to 17:00, with a two-hour lunch break from 12:00. History lovers will appreciate the old building and will be delighted with vintage photos that adorn the walls of the facilities halls, and philatelists can make a couple of purchases in special kiosks.
To the north of the mail, you will find the building of the former police station, once very impressive and today slowly condicted and coming. Species here, however, cute, but you can advise wander behind to get a more complete picture.
On the opposite corner of Oknha Santhomok, the Restaurant "Seven Bright" (6, Street 13) is a restaurant, our Gerard Depardieu "worked" in the "City of Ghosts". The building in itself is very contrasting - a modern situation on the lower floor in a diner (with minimalist white elements) and ancient balconies and eaves at the top. One way or another, this is a great place for dinner and melancholic admissions for what is happening on the square.
Something diametrically opposite is a cheap Khmer restaurant in the nearby corner, opposite Artisans d'Angkor boutique in a wooden building. Go down to Street 100 between them to stroll in the places that flashed in the frames of the same film. On the streets adjacent to Square you will find a lot of beerushki, and it is especially cute to sit in bars with old painted shutters and window lattices, over which the hostesses hang washed underwear.
South of the square, if you move towards Phsar Chas, you will find the Indochina Bank building (Indochina Bank), which was carefully renovated in 2003 and now there is a restaurant (Van's Restaurant, at 5, Street 102), which is also good sign to those who will look at the film. The terrace overlooks the area - an ideal place for an evening aperitif. While the A la Card menus can slightly hit the carmar, the lunches are quite affordable. Be sure to experience this colonial glamor, I think.
Olympic Stadium

Built in 1964, the complex took Ganefo ("Games of New Developing Forces", something like the Olympics, because of which, by the way, the terrible quarrels flared up), the fights of Khmer Boxing, the football matches were held here and there was somehow even played Soloist Boyzone Ronan Ketilation (Otife!). Visiting the stadium is free. Thank God, no one will try to sell you here fake gold medals or books on architecture.
You can drive all the 84,000 open-plan seats, wander around the gym. Those who come here early will see a wonderful spectacle: hundreds of people gather at the stadium to do morning gymnastics. Not at the same time, of course, everyone as he wants and knows how. During the day in the mold, it is usually very quiet. From the dimly of the illuminated volleyball court on the indoor arena, only the hassle of the wings of bats and twitter Vorobyev comes.
Photographers who adore corners and lines can look for successful light among these massive designs - roofs, steps ramps. By the way, you can enjoy beautiful views of the city from the top of the stairs leading to the amphitheater. On weekends, local leagues of football matches are often held - if you are a fan of football, bring a hat and sunscreen. This is if you do not want to pay for a place in a shady.
