Croatian city of Zadar for our holiday was not chosen by chance. We were interested in combining beach holidays with cognitive excursions and new discoveries, as well as various goodies. Numerous tourist reviews helped us make a choice.
Zadar, is located on the Peninsula of the same name in Croatia, where you can find traces of different cultures. In the past, the capital of Dalmatia, Zadar has already been known for several millennia. In this city, harmoniously combined residential buildings, built in the 19th century, the ruins of the Ancient Roman Forum, the Roman Cathedral of Saint Anastasia, the Franciscan Monastery in the Gothic style, the Church of the Holy Trinity and the Church of St. Simeon all this as a mosaic makes a colorful diverse picture of the spa town of Zadar.
On the coast, the task is a variety of small beaches that are located in the bays. There are no beaches in the historic center of the city, but you can freely go on a boat on the numerous closest islands where there are good beaches. Only here, in Croatia, you can estimate the purity of the sea, when every pebble and swimming fish are visible at the bottom. The coast has marine hedgehogs, it is a sign of a special purity of coastal waters, but also forces bathers to be attentive. We bought bathing tapers in advance, because A bosia foot on the sea hedgehog is extremely unpleasant, although not deadly. Beach service in the task rightly is considered one of the best in Europe. There is no shortage of catamarans, motorboats or equipment for diving. If you have no experience of scuba diving and boat management, it is better to take a boat with service.
The task is a huge number of nightclubs, discos and restaurants. A lot of narrow vintage streets with trading trays and friendly tuned people. Delicious pork robberies in beer, fish, seafood and Russian speech. Select any one restaurant in this city is impossible. Any institutions in the task of pizzeria and fast food to fashionable restaurants will delight you with delicious, fresh and high-quality food.
In July and August (high season) prices rise, but in the bazaars and trading shops it is customary to bargain. And if you praise their city - you can count on a good discount! Croatia actually does not apply to the category of cheap resorts, but very often you can get on various promotions in connection with the end of the season or burning tour.
Rest in the task is a relaxing and fascinating vacation on the Adriatic coast. We made the right choice.
