Strbske Pleso is a magnificent ski resort in Slovakia, which I highly recommend visiting, even if you have never been skiing. It is here, here I first felt a desire to ride with a breeze on skis. You just imagine - a misty gray morning, you slowly go on a lift, and here you have incredible beauty, there is a snowy peak, which is filled with a dazzling sun, and clouds are floating at the bottom. Describe this beauty with words, it is simply impossible. By the way, Strbsk Pleso is the highest mountain resort, on the territory of the high tatt.
At the top, there is a cafe, it is also a hotel called "Hut Solisco". It is best to come here in the early morning and for a delicious breakfast, watch the delightful sunrise. Breakfast, there is not only delicious, but very satisfying, because it consists of a large portion of meat with a garnish and a salad, and it is worth it, only three euros. After such a dense breakfast, walk in the fresh air, you can at least all day long. I got the impression that most tourists travelers come here not to ride, but just in order to admire these beauties. Just near the veranda of this cafe, there is a trail that leads to a very picturesque canyon, so you need to be very careful and try to go exactly along the trail, without going with her any millimeter.
I was a witness, quite curious as in my opinion case. The man, wanted to take a closer look at the place that he liked the most and he decided to go to him directly, that is, not along the path, and what do you think? He fell into the snow on the belt and back he had to go back, standing on all fours. In general, there are many such places where it seems to grow a little Christmas tree, but in fact, it is a big and adult tree, the main part that is under the snow. It is, due to the presence of such potentially dangerous places, it is mandatory, follow the rules that are written on the signs.
But, it's all at the top, and at the bottom of the lift is the real paradise for both children and adults - Snowubing. Looks all this as a steep slide. Go down from this slide, on soft buns or even on wheel boats. You can ride both one and with the company, tieding several such buns, to each other. Fun crazy! There are no queues at all and therefore you can ride so much how much soul wishes. Ten trips, that is, ten descents, there are five euros, and for ten euros, such a bun can be rented for an hour. But, not this is the main thing! The main thing is that rolling down from the slide, you are near the lift that pulls the buns back to the slide, and it turns out that the most desirable dream of childhood is carried out - Sani in the mountain, they go. Next to this wonderful place is the entire resort infrastructure, where you can rent skiing, snack in one of the cafes and visit the small souvenir market. I could not resist the acquisition of another souvenir, and bought a three multicolored handmade cups and a very warm knitted cap, just ten euros. Attending this resort, the best of course in winter, and of course along with children.
