Once the Crimea was my favorite holiday destination, and Alushta is a favorite resort town. Why?
Firstly, this is one of the southernmost points of the Crimea, so here is more exotic nature, my favorite fig is growing both black and green, so the grandmothers in the market in August you can buy at a balanced price.
Secondly, it is in Alushta who begins his route Trolleybus Alushta Yalta. The fare is kopeck if you pre-purchase tickets in the box office in advance, then the sequeacy place in trolleybus is guaranteed. We thus traveled the floor of the Crimea.
Thirdly, a beautiful embankment, in the evenings there are always a lot of people, there is always something to see: paintings by artists, handmade products, performance of circus artists.
Fourth, in Alushta there is a winery. There is a shop where the real Crimean wine is sold on bottling. Never bought wine on the market in suspicious personalities - always only factory.
Of course, there are disadvantages of the city.
1. Very narrow coastline, so even on our own beacons of boarding houses there was never free, pebble beach, which is also not very good.
2. The city is built on the hills, therefore it is hard to pass long distances.
If we talk about entertainment, then in Alushta there is a wonderful aquarium. There are a lot of species of fish presented, did not regret what they went.
From Alushta, it is convenient to get to the Nikitsky Botanical Garden. True, the stop is on the highway, and to the garden still need to walk or drive up by bus. But Nikitsky garden is worth it. Every time we get into it, we open something new for yourself. My favorite places - Rosarium and Banana Alley. Special exhibitions "Orchids" "The World of Butterflies" also visited, but they are more often disappointing - they are in small rooms, the expositions are not updated from year to year. But the orangege of cacti, which is over the road from the Nikitsky Garden, is always at a high level. Part of the greenhouse is under a glass roof, and part is outdoors. This part is constantly transformed, completing beautiful bridges, complement the garden of stones or come up with something interesting. Therefore, we never refuse to visit the oranges of the cacti.
I hope that Alushta will develop only for the better.
