Summer holiday in Balaclava

Anonim

This year, in July, they rested with her husband and two granddaughters of 14 and 11 years in Balaclava. This is a city that is located in the southwestern part of the Crimean Peninsula and 15 km from Sevastopol. Honestly, we went to Balaklava just because the granddaughs wanted to see Sevastopol. That we came to relax in this city, we did not regret it. The main decoration of Balaclava is its unique beauty of the bay, surrounded by grottoes and mountains. A winding fairway bay, stretching for 1.2 km protects it from wind and storms, so the climate is soft here and very close to the Mediterranean. In the Balaclava of amazing beauty Crimean nature with evergreen pines. We were lucky with the weather, the bright sun was shining, and the air temperature was +28 +30, the water was also warm +21 +22.

We stopped in the private sector, housing prices in Crimea were pleased with this summer. Removed four local rooms with all the amenities in the market. Walking to the sea 10 minutes go. Battered on the beaches, Vasili, Gold and Silver (so they are called local residents). The beaches are good, clean, nasty on the beaches, there are not many vacationers. The infrastructure of the city is well developed, many shops, a good market with beautiful Crimean vegetables and fruits (granddaughters embarrassed by peaches). In Balaclava, many restaurants and cafes with good cuisine and reasonable prices. Beautiful inexpensive cafe "Sherwood", in which we often dined, located in the area of the waterfront.

In Balaclava, we visited the fortress of Cambalo and at Cape Ayia. Made a sea sightseeing tour of the bay with access to the sea.

I really wanted to see Sevastopol, and we went on the route taxi number 9 to the stop "5 kilometer" and then Trolleybus No. 2 to Sevastopol. We were shocked by the beauty and greatness of this city. The Primorsky Boulevard, from which the wonderful view of the Sevastopol bay, where the ships are majestically. The County Pier, which is the main urban pier and the naval parades begin with it. We visited Nakhimov Square, the Alley of the Glory of Heroes Cities, visited Malakhov Kurgan and 35 batteries. I experienced a lot of impressions from Sevastopol, it is a beautiful city that requires a separate story.
