From Novosibirsk, for example, you can also fly to Manila with docks in China. You can choose as a point of arrival and another major city of Philippines - Cebu. Not a problem fly to the Philippines and from Bangkok, Singapore, Indonesia or Malaysia.
Next you need to fly by local airlines. There are two options: either take a ticket to Katikala flight ticket (it is faster, but more expensive), or fly to Kalibo, from where two hours later go to the pier (it is cheaper, even taking into account the tickets to minibas). Domestic flights are performed by the airlines of Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific AIR and some flights of the famous Asian AIR ASIA Loader.
Tickets are better to book on the websites of airlines, as a rule, they have a sale and you can catch the tickets on the "funny" price in 1 peso. True, in the process of booking, "get out" still taxes, airport fees, fees for luggage and lunch, but still it turns out very cheap. Simply not exploring the tick (or rather, remove them, they stand there by default) opposite those services that you do not need.
