Going on the summer holidays to Spain, we did not know what awaits us. From European seaside resorts, our family rested only in Cyprus, so this trip was a certain innovation in our travels.
The first impression when you watch the aircraft porthole, when he decreases over the Spanish Earth, is the incredible scale of nature. All so large and majestic - especially impressive very high old trees. And the Costa Brava itself is immediately surprised by the width and length of the beach strip. Resting at this resort seems to be that Spain is one very big beach!
But it is not. We stopped in the town of Calelia. His peculiarity is that living and resting in it, you can safely make ripples in Barcelona, to enjoy walks on the many sights of this constantly surprising city. In addition, the same distance as Barcelona is 50 km away, the distance and to another famous city of Girona. That is, choosing a town of Calella, you can be sure that a saturated tourist program will be provided.
Another amazing discovery for us was that, it turns out (!) Electric trains can ride quietly))) The fact is that the railway is laid along the entire coast, on which electric trains are often running in both directions. And in the town of Calella, this road separates the beach strip from the city itself. I knew about this feature before the trip, and, frankly, I was a little alert. Since we rest with a small child, and constantly moving with a carriage, then I was worried about how discomfort would our walks because of this railway. But my fears were in vain. All transitions are very safe and most comfortable. And the silentness of the work of the most trains even impressed.
A wild beach was a special impression for us. Moreover, the description "Wild" refers not only to the fact that it is not equipped. This is a fully nudist beach. And, without being active adherents of such a worship of the natural beginning, we still went to this part of the beach anymore. The fact is that the divorce from civilization and a certain security by rock cliffs makes this place particularly attractive. And the delicacy and absolute nature of the public, which rested Nagishm, ceased to surprise us in an hour of stay there. But the child was in absolute delight from the possibility of climbing the stones.
